We
focus on ALL primary energy centers here during Color and Sound
Healing but for this 'tune up' exercise we only need the primary
7 ! As a practitioner, this is what I do for myself at home.
It
is easy to do, it vitalizes the body and it feels great:
You do not need any experience to do this!
This

Basic
Directions:
We
tune our energy centers 'from the ground up'. From the ROOT, Sacral,
Naval etc. up to the CROWN. One Chakra at a time until all 7 are
balanced.
As
you can See, each Chakra has a proper 'vowel sound' associated
with it and natural corresponding Color.
These are core prinicples in Vibrational Healing and Chromatherapy.
You
do not need special knowledge of 'precisly' where these centers
are as they will automatically begin to resonate when you apply
the right color, intention and vibrational frequency to them.
However we do want the general location so that we may send our
intention there.
Quick
TUNE-UP Steps:
Step
1:
Listen to the Recorded Tone with Rodneys Voice for the ROOT Chakra
one time to get the proper pitch.
Step
2: On the
IN-HALE Breath; Visualize the corresponding color; (Root is Red
etc..)
Step
3: On the EX-HALE Breath; send the corresponding
color and the corresponding 'vowel sound' along with the right
'pitch' tone to the energy center itself.
Step
4: Repeat this 3 times and then move up to the
next Chakra.
Step
5: Listen to the Recorded Tone and Rodneys voice
for the next Chakra one time to get the proper pitch and repeat
steps 2,3 and 4. etc...
Step
6: Repeat until all 7 are balanced. You should
be vibrating, literally!
