Why Should We Detoxify and Cleanse?


Through normal body functions and processes, our bodies naturally attempt to cleanse and detoxify each day. This is certainly a natural and normal basic function for removing or neutralizing toxins. This detox is performed through the liver, kidneys, large intestine (colon) the lungs, lymphatic system and above all else the largest gland we have, the skin.

Skin rashes, eczema, blotchy discoloration, chronic acne, oily skin etc. will usually be neutralize and equilibrated with a proper cleanse and diet.

Our body's organs, glands and internal systems of self healing that used to have the capacity to clean out unwanted toxins, chemicals and substances are now completely over-burdened to the point where toxic material MUST remain inside our tissues in order to protect us.
